We have decent benefits, and many physical perks like onsite health care, cafeteria, fitness center.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The testing process, felt like they valued it and were serious about getting the best people.

When I interviewed woth my supervisor, it felt like sitting down to talk with an old friend. It was a conversation, not a grilling session. I had previously taken online assessments, so she already had an idea of my skills and knowledge.

It was fast paced. When i was told how long jt oule take to hear from someone, they were always faster than that date. I never wondered if anyone would call.

I enjoyed the aptitude test.

There are a lot of reactionary leaders, and very little planning. A lot of decisions get made without the proper information or little regard for the correct information.

I can get compensated fairly, my manager could treat me like a human not a robot.
