Employees are encouraged to take care of themselves (nutrition, exercise). When we take care of ourselves we are more positive about our work.

There is stress to work tasks hard and to completion. There is an expectation to actively manage your time for the company's benefit. There is also respect for employees and their accomplishments, a focus on physical and mental well-being, and taking time to enjoy life.
The culture is unique. Health and well-being is promoted as well as team building and networking.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Making the work place feel better make your employees feel welcomed give them a reason to come to work everyday besides the money treat your employees like a family not some replaceable equipment
