Great leadership to work for
Internal jobs are stressful as there is a push on increasing revenue. Management needs to ensure internal employees are being paid equally. Employees talk & nothing creates poor morale more than finding out that someone with less experience is being paid more while you are labeled as a top performer
They are passionate.

It is built on three components -- base, bonus and equity.
