What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is really all-encompassing, focusing not only on health but wellness and WFH benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is focused on growth and understanding, and lifting one another up. I love the friendship and working relationships I have created, and I really enjoy "seeing" them virtually every time I can :)
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a job I really truly enjoy, and knowing that the company I work for is doing something good for others is an amazing feeling. Also knowing that I'm consistently going to be busy without feeling incredibly stressed out is SO great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusion and support are a HUGE part of Rhino, and that begins at the top. Recognizing that work-life balance is number one is a strength for the leadership team, and it is reflected in the product and support that is delivered to our customers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Communication was number one to those I interviewed with. The process was efficient, and didn't take weeks (as it has at other companies). I met with the necessary people and the decision was made quickly, which made me feel like I was an asset to the company.
