16 weeks of paid parental leave is the best! As a new parent it was a key reason to why I said yes to Rhino.

We get great "traditional" benefits as well as stock and phenomenal "perks" like wellness and meal allowances.

Everyone is supportive and it truly feels as if we are all working towards the same goal in every project.

Everyone is open to sharing wins and learnings. It's a culture where you can comfortably take risks and try new things and everyone will support you.

It is truly an inclusive culture. I've never worked somewhere that there was an actual "culture" in the company, this one truly exists.
