I love it here. I have been here for a couple years. normally have a couple years, you kinda get bored and start looking around. i get more excited everyday because I think the company is on to big things. its going to be iconic and i am so proud to tell friends and family about it

Fun, aspirational. They also have ambitions, work hard and pretty open to sharing and helping ppl learn. The company has a learn, teach, grow philosophy and peple really care
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the shoutouts. Every friday, the whole company provides a shoutout to team mates. Its so celebratory, positive and a great way to start the weekend. by far my fave!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that the Company pays the the employee share and has a lot of options for families. I also like that Ribbon has a transparent fair equity philosophy and everything is driven through rubrics and is consistent from person to person.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
super mission driven, but very ambitious. people love to dream about big, new things but very responsible for the daily tasks. overall, just good people. very nice and supportive. also cool that we have woven real estate and tech across many mkts so we have a lot of different, unique people
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care. They do the little things that I haven't seen done in the past. They make Ribbon inclusive, they own up to mistakes, very open and lead with a deep soul to the mission. It's a pretty awesome group and they actually also care a lot about DEI internally and externally. Love the mission!
