It's supremely competitive in today's job market & showcases the value that each employee brings to the table

The benefits provided are better than I have ever received with minimal contribution from employee. Focusing on productivity for remote workers through monthly home office stipends is really nice as well.

We are a fun & dynamic group. We all bring different expertise & skill to the group that allows us to really collaborate with multitude of ideas & perspectives

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's inclusive & diverse. I know that we are valued as professionals but also as individuals. The company values our input & truly wants to see us succeed in work & out of work.

Inclusiveness and transparency. We have many diversity groups run by employees to ensure inclusion for all in our company for both the minorities and allies alike. The true belief that every employee matters is probably the most positive thing in my eyes.

A fast paced environment within a very fast growing company. We have to adapt to change and adjust accordingly to changes in the industry. The company as a whole is very good at anticipating changing market trends and trying to stay ahead rather then having to act reactively when changes occur

Being able to accomplish our company mission every day. Our team looks at "how can we," rather than "We arent able to." I also know I have 100% support from the top down at the company so it makes it easy to go to work.
