Overall, it is fantastic and I've referred or recommended many colleagues and friends. There is a disconnect between the original group and newer hires and how to evolve and grow with the company vs resisting this evolution can cause problems.

Comprehensive, time off is encouraged, easily exercised.

the message from the founders - transparent and supportive

It's a good team. Low ego, collaborative, personable, welcoming, etc

VERY competitive compared to similar companies and roles; unlimited PTO; generous equity
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, honesty, candor; everybody is very approachable, there are no egos, and they are fully vested in the people, beyond how they teams drive Ribbon successes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the culture is fine - folks are bought into the mission and though the tools are a struggle there is a strong focus on constant improvement. I think morale can struggle due to the constant changes and lack of powerful tooling.
