They are very driven and intellectual. I want to be them.

My yearly salary is fair and that's all I really need to survive.

I think that everyone in the US would want to be retired already.

My team is SO smart and helpful! We've created our own special culture that is even more caring and helpful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the most positive thing about the culture is that everyone is invested in a welcoming and respectful environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is so empathetic and human. I have never experienced that in all the start-up/tech companies I've worked for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ribbon is very vocal/actionable about supporting rights for all humans or acknowledging support for those being discriminated against (i.e. LGBTQIA+, women, asian hate, black lives matter)
What makes you most happy at work?
Selfishly, I'm happy about the flexibility in the workplace because I have family to take care of, and I am learning something everyday whether its technical or soft skills.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They behave like its a flat playing field and don't treat me like a widget. I was able to meet with them and have a conversation. I feel respected and heard.
