Instilling confidence to make sound decisions and whenever your in doubt, there is always someone to reach out and collaborate with.

Very transparent and humble leadership that's able to communicate our vision through our internal teams and really live out this "servant leadership"

Unlimited PTO, which allows me the flexibility to enjoy life away from work as I see the need to, I’m not cornered

Able to engage with team members, really anyone on any level so that it's not like certain executive leadership team members are off limits! Everyone is accessible
