Working alongside people I care about, supporting our mission, feeling valued and supported, having fun and eating snacks, and feeling that I'm fulfilling my purpose and generating good in the world!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's inclusive, its genuine, its mission aligned and its diverse! Our culture is something that we bring with us into every meeting and we all care about protecting and maintaining it!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We're paid in the top 75th percentile of the market and constantly strive to maintain that, adjusting with the environment as needed. We're also paid based on role, rather than location which truly enables us to work remotely and be supported.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are really friends who I work with and I think that given time, they will become lifelong friends that I work with. Everyone is genuinely invested in each other and crushing goals together. They're all fun, kind, funny, some of them sing well, and they are all mission aligned and driven
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Ribbon is comprised of HUMANS. What I mean when I say that is that they are empathetic, understanding, and real. They sit with all of us in the same room, they know who we are and care about us. Leadership brings their whole self and sets the tone for us all to do the same!
