Ribbon has been a breath of fresh air after coming from one of the largest tech companies. I am truly excited about the work we are doing and more importantly proud of how its done. I feel like a valued human and team member and not just a number. Since day one I have felt welcomed by everyone.

While we may not all have the same interest or background they are always willing to find ways to connect and support each other. Everyone is professional and kind
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ribbon cares and its open and flexible. They encourage us to take time off to reset. I appreciate getting well thought out emails after recent tragedies and making spaces to talk about difficult topics available to us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I love about our leadership team is how transparent they are and supportive. Whether it is day to day functions or social justice issues they are always ready to support not just me but my family as well. Ribbon teams genuinely care about our well being
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate how accommodating our teams are to ensure I am able to take care of myself and my family. Being able to take off for appointments or a mental health day or even vacation without fear of repercussions is a luxury most aren't able to enjoy at other companies.
