Working with a startup is not without challenges - frequent procedure changes - however at Ribbon the challenges are quickly recognized and/or addressed so that any growing pains are minimal. Feeling 'heard' at work and participant in the company's future is incredible

Transparency around the goals and progresses (or failures) of the company. Openness to feedback and willingness to adopt change to the benefit of the company as well as ICs
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Every single person I've interacted with approaches the interaction with a positive attutude. We have ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) to support a variety of groups and their allies, and we have opportunities to spread information/awareness through the ERGs.
