I have very much enjoyed my time at Ribbon thus far. From workload, mission, company culture and more - Ribbon is truly a fantastic place to show up and work everyday. I feel challenged and pushed to do my best, while also feeling very supported and looked after (all while promoting my growth).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say that everyone is very supportive. I love our weekly all-hands and our SEVERAL company outings (even during remote work) we've had plenty of celebrations and happy hours.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love interacting with my coworkers. I also love knowing that we are all committed to the same mission (making homeownership achievable). It makes it worth showing up for work each day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I very much enjoy that our leadership team is so invested in each our growth as both an individual but also a career. Also, the transparency is fantastic! Goals are set and are clear.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say the stock in the company is a great part of the comp package. It is wonderful to feel like an "owner" in the company. Also it's money that you don't think about, but hopefully one day will see!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how tight-knit our team is. We have weekly meetings, multiple stand-ups and are in constant communication via Slack. Everyone is very open and transparent and there is such a feeling of TRUST that makes me feel very comfortable and secure in my decisions/questions.
