Right at Home Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

My 401K 4 percent match from the company.

Health care is now offered

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are no benefits, there is no pto, there’s not even full time employment being offered to get such “benefits”. There are no raises. Employee referral bonuses which are a joke because people dont want to work for what doesnt amount to much more than minimum

More pay and gas fair

Misleading job description. Came into a sales and scheduling position

Not being paid enough and increase in pay

Other companies pay better for the same job

Review from Customer Support Dept

We take care of people we should be compensated for that. A cashier makes average $2 more.

Increased pay rate would be great

Review from Customer Support Dept

Put in a lot of hard work within the community

Review from Customer Support Dept

Would like to be paid more

Review from Customer Support Dept

Yes, Very little to no appreciation is ever shown

Review from Customer Support Dept

I would like to earn more and have paid holidays, but in this line of work that isnt the norm.

Review from Customer Support Dept

It takes special kind of people to be able to work with the elderly. 11 dollars an hour is less than what fast food workers get to flip burgers

Review from Customer Support Dept

The type of work I do is extremely underpaid. there isn't any benefits provided.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I wish they’d compensate (better) based on experience, common sense and even the ability to spell 3 and 4 letter words. I find it embarrassing when I read client’s notes and simple words are misspelled. It reflects on Right at Home and family members can read them also. Yikes.

I'm a valuable worker and the owner takes his employees for granted

Review from Customer Support Dept

I should make more money than what l make due to what they charge clients

I believe pay should be based on the amount and type of work that you do for each particular client. You get the same pay whether you're driving a client around or changing soiled diapers and giving bed baths.

Review from Customer Support Dept

More hours and money would be great

Review from Customer Support Dept

I would love paid holidays.

If the company provided benefits and what match percentage towards 401k.
