This company has befome a total dumpster fire! Company hasnt been paying their bills, laying people off, and promoting extremely junior talent because they cannot attract the right people. I am looking to get out ASAP and recommend others do the same.

The teams need to be open to collaboration. At the current moment, the teams are in a turf war and people are fighting over who does what.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to be transparent about what is happening. Discuss the attrition, layoffs, expectations, and how anyone can find meaningful work because right now it's the blind leading the blind.
