Tema management is best forever
It could be a bit better.
They work for you and constantly push you to raise the bar and be the best you can be in your roll.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to be transparent about what is happening. Discuss the attrition, layoffs, expectations, and how anyone can find meaningful work because right now it's the blind leading the blind.
Mimi Swain (CRO) is highly incompetent and over her head.
Creating strategy and sharing that vision with the company.
Understanding process rather than demanding change.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary range is competitive.
Alot of money and stocks.
Fair market value, good bonus, and RSU incentives
everything is available, even Legal help is an option.
The RSUs are the best part of the compensation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Worked at the company for a considerable amount of time -- never given a review nor raise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of them are very intelligent and hard working.
Freedom to make changes when needed
Dedicated and very talented co-workers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The teams need to be open to collaboration. At the current moment, the teams are in a turf war and people are fighting over who does what.
Everyone needs to be working toward the same goals. Without a clear goal people are left to make up their own.

we put the customers all first. In every decision made from the bottom up.
The collaboration with other leaders snd co-workers.
A sense of security knowing they can more easily transfer to other jobs within Amazon.
Helping neighbors get there cameras fixed.

Team bonding events never happen.
