Mr. Chris Salisbury, BEng (Metallurgical), FAICD, has been Chief Executive of Iron Ore Group of Rio Tinto Group since July 1, 2016 and served as its Acting Chief Executive of Coppere & Coal since March 17, 2016. Mr. Salisbury oversees all operations and projects globally at Rio Tinto Limited. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Coal & Allied Industries Limited. He served as an Acting Chief Executive of Copper & Coal of Rio Tinto Limited and Rio Tinto plc since March 19, 2016 until July 2016. Mr. Salisbury served as the Managing Director of Rio Tinto Coal Australia Pty Limited. He served as the Managing Director and Executive Director of R'ssing Uranium Limited. He served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer and Interim President of Rio Tinto Alcan Bauxite & Alumina.
