Oriented towards a balanced and healthy lifestyle
Good bonus structure, based on meeting corporate and personal goals. Health plan is very good too.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No raises, even if you are a top performer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They will die on the treadmill to get the job done.
Very sharp team of industry experts. Lots of experience to learn from.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Improve collaboration and planning. Yes, we are a startup, but lack of communication and collaboration around vision leads to poor execution
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not taking oneself too seriously but getting the job done while always seeking to learn and grow with humility and open to positive critical feedback.
Flexible hours, make your own schedule, work from just about anywhere.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Understanding that respect and relationships are a two-way street. Holding people to clearly different standards is demoralizing.
