This does not exist. Rite Rug sales management has one goal: They hire a salesman and utilize his contacts and expertise to gain market share. Once accounts are on-boarded they terminate the salesman. This company has a history of this kind on conduct. The lure of good pay and benefits soon goes away when you realize your sales managers long term goal. BE WORNED - THIS COMPANY HAS NO LONG-TERM SALES REP'S
