I work in a couple of teams and they are simply fantastic. It's very collaborative and everyone helps each other in order for the team to be successful and meet or exceed the team's goals and KPI's. We socialise outside work too, so we have a lot of fun together.

Again too long and too many unecessary sub interviews with people that do not even know about the job scope...best is to have a friend refer you- in that case you do not even need an 'interview' to get into the company ( loads of friend referrals here with people not having the skillset to match)
