Again everything...everything needs to be overhauled- More processes instead of giving managers all the 'empowerment' to make decisions.
Everything! Lousy company with lousy people- Good people are asked to leave due to politics..no fixed processes- how things are is how much of a buddy you are with your direct manager.
Again too long and too many unecessary sub interviews with people that do not even know about the job scope...best is to have a friend refer you- in that case you do not even need an 'interview' to get into the company ( loads of friend referrals here with people not having the skillset to match)
