It's all good and equal across the board

Stocks and medical benefits are great
Some of the best benifits avalible and at very good price
Stock incentives are pretty nice.
It is the only thing they actually honor, however it changes every year.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My opinion on this is meaningless. Management has ignored us and in most cases when you can talk to them they are condescending
Before salary bands were implemented it was common for men to have received more in overall compensation and equity.

Altogether incredible people striving toward a singular mission – Keep the World Adventurous Forever, which is all about building the electric vehicles on a massive scale, sustainably shifting away from our planet's reliance on fossil fuels, and consequently maintaining our planet for generation

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We all need training and leadership
Huge gaps between outdated automotive processes versus more progressive technologies and discrepancies on cost and compliance objectives
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My remote work is great! In office work is cooperative and collaborative! Offices are very nice. Free coffee and snacks, etc.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Training, leadership, communication, and given the tools we need to do our jobs
The company should have an investigation on culture and who is overworked and undervalued especially around women. It's crazy in a company of this size that there is such underrepresentation at the leadership level. Constant indecision makes it feel as if we take one step forward and two steps back.
Cut the soul crushing politics and give women a voice.
