My opinion on this is meaningless. Management has ignored us and in most cases when you can talk to them they are condescending

The company should have an investigation on culture and who is overworked and undervalued especially around women. It's crazy in a company of this size that there is such underrepresentation at the leadership level. Constant indecision makes it feel as if we take one step forward and two steps back.
