What needs to change to make the company culture better?

RJY is a frat party for Mississippi State alumni at the top with everyone else at the company pulling their dead weight from the bottom.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Raises are capped at half the figure of inflation from 2022. Bonuses were taken away. Annual bonus was a comedically low for a company in its third years of record profits.
