Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises are capped at half the figure of inflation from 2022. Bonuses were taken away. Annual bonus was a comedically low for a company in its third years of record profits.

Pay is not comparable to other jobs on the same level at other companies. Benefit plans are not good. Expect overtime and hard work while making subpar pay.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
RJY is a frat party for Mississippi State alumni at the top with everyone else at the company pulling their dead weight from the bottom.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Met my boss over lunch and talked things out face to face, as it should be.
It was quick and not dragged out to a 30 step process
