I love that I can reach out via call or even txt and be comfortable. Things can get busy, but you can still connect with leadership when you need.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
You can be greatly rewarded for your efforts. When you do good, the company does good. I feel very fortunate to work for RJY and be compensated the way that I am.
