What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Really nothing right now because of COVID

Our team members make sure we stay positive through out the day because we don't like see each other without a smile.

It is a very diverse group of people

Outgoing happy people that enjoy their job

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Selflessness, mindfulness, we are adults and sometimes adulting isn't glamorous, but recognize that we are one team that gets through it together, building each other up.
