“Voluntary tipshare” program needs to diffentiate lunch and dinner. Lunch host does double duty but not dinner

help out with the pay if someone is always there and busting there butts and never gets a thank you show some appreciation

Selflessness, mindfulness, we are adults and sometimes adulting isn't glamorous, but recognize that we are one team that gets through it together, building each other up.

My first interview i sat and waited on the manager for 2 hours

Pay those that have been here and worked over. You hire non experienced ppl to mgmt at barely less than I make with 20 plus years experience. And GM’s from Taco Bell that don’t work busy shifts
