A simple raise since there are none given.

Everyone is very easy going and helpful. There is no drama between coworkers.
They always provide insightful feedback

Stop stealing from one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open-Door policy. Everyone is available to help.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The atmosphere stinks. No smiles.

They really take into consideration your "fit" with the company. They ask a lot of questions not only about your skills but what your needs are for work and your preferences for a work environment.
