He served as the Chief Procurement Officer of Ryerson, from April 2000 to July 2001. He served as Treasurer of Pre-Merger Ryerson Tull, from September 1998 to February 1999 and as Director of Pension & Risk Management of Inland from December 1994 to September 1998. He served as a Director at Metals Service Center Institute. He received a B.S. in Accounting from Illinois State University and an MBA in Finance from University of Michigan.
