My manager is incredible and started trusting me with important projects on my first week. Leadership on my team is very receptive to constructive criticism.
Transparency is what they are best at

Robinhood really strives on ensuring you get your work done and at least have a good time producing quality over quantity. Nobody really wants you to feel isolated. Social gatherings make the company as a whole feel more inclusive and company meetings ensure that Robinhood has a plan.

I actually felt like I was having a conversation and interviewing my potential employer(s) just as much as they were interviewing me as a candidate.
The culture was easy to see
You have to at least operate on working knowledge regarding some base-level things in order for management to take you seriously. Again, you have to show that willingness to learn and come with that mindset and interviewers can detect if you're genuine or not.

The ability to rely on others in case you don't know. Again, nobody penalizes you for not knowing what's going on; they penalize you for not reaching out and advocating for yourself (respectfully of course).
