hands-on, encourages young leadership to emerge, delegates effectively, intelligence growth, and accountability

Nothing could make it better. It has most micromanage ceo
The company is like a family workshop for bramh, unprofessional and unfriendly for every one in that office. FYI, no remote work even in the this pandamic. Also you have to work overtime for lowest pay
