Mr. Joseph Sousa, also known as Joe, has been the President of Asia Pacific at Rockwell Automation Inc. since September 26, 2016. Mr. Sousa served as the President of Latin America at Rockwell Automation Inc. since February 28, 2013 until September 26, 2016. Mr. Sousa leads the commercial and selling activities in Mexico, Central and South America. He is responsible for growing market share and leading business operations in Latin America. Mr. Sousa was Regional Vice President of Western Region, North America Sales at Rockwell Automation Inc. and was responsible for driving sales growth and market share in the Western U.S., which was comprised of six districts. He served as District Manager for the Northeast District; Boston team lead; and New England branch manager. He joined Rockwell Automation in 1988 as a sales engineer and has held numerous roles of increasing responsibility in its Global Sales and Marketing organization. He has an MBA and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, both from the University of Rhode Island.
