Nothing to add as suggestions
Supportive to the team, but strategy no clear enough
big rotation, not consistent, changing, respectful
They are good in their work
they know and understand my capabilities and background
The need to employ more eng.
Review from Engineering Dept
Executives pause ALL salary increases until late 2024 . Although 2023 was a record breaking shioment and sales year while executives exercise stock options and receive salary increases. Not good for employee retainment or moral.
We can all always to do better but overall is fine
Transparency in how to get to next level job postion.
actually taking action on what they say they will do
Nothing to add for suggestions
Ability to make money over time
Our cost is reasonable compared locally
Fairly compensation for the position.
Review from Sales Dept
The best part of the compensation package is the time off.
yes, the degree of difficult f the job.
Review from Engineering Dept
If I got an extra 10K per year.
TYou are not rewarded for your hard work. If Blake gives out any lay increases they are very low. Like 2 percent.
Competitive pay and share the profits with engineering rather than hiring more executives and strategists.
no I think since this is my first job, the pay is kind of fair
Nice people, but afraid to tell their opinions
Review from Sales Dept
Friendship, good common understanding and alignment
Smart people who like to be challenged
Openness to share the idea. Not much internal political conflict.
Review from Sales Dept
Great coworkers that want the best out of everyone.
Use collaboration tools to be more effecient and in place of meetings
This is not my problem
Review from Engineering Dept
All workers in the same position all need to be on the same page.
Great people to work with. On the software side no knowledge or industry leading contributors or leads. Company won't learn from mistakes and continues to make the same ones.
get actual schooling on being a leader, the test engineering leadership is abusive and incompetent
Review from Engineering Dept
collaboration, flexibility, professional and respectful work environment.
opened, fair, motivation team spirit
The people i work with although the sales team is the weakest (performance wise) that I've ever seen
People are friendly and enjoyable to interact with
Very clean and care about safety
Provide better communication and trust
Better pay for what we do.
Reward the workers that are not managers or above!
They need to step it up with onboarding, training, and getting new employees settled. Workday is a nightmare. TONS of information silos and it seems like so folks there have been there so long that they completely forget what it is like to be a new employee
work-life balance is not a priority
professional, friendly, diverse and thorough interview process
Nothing specifically was liked or disliked
Review from Sales Dept
Not much. Ridiculous amount of time required
The speed and time to make a decision
its been 25 years since I went thru it myself
I would be transparent about pay.
Higher the best person for the position. Not omeone who checks a certain box.
there are too many steps to the interview process, there is no relevant process for questions with most questions unrelated, and there is no feedback process
prepare for a full day interview with everyone on the team. You think it is great to interface with everyone but later learn it was just up to the manager to pick you.
Implementation of a standard structured interview process, including multiple panels following the structured process.
Review from Sales Dept
flexibility, time-off and ability to make an impact at work
People that i work with
flexibility to work on many projects and time to succeed.
Working with my direct team
When I feel that my abilities are put to good use and I am given freedom to make decisions
Blake trying to make Rockwell Automation a software. company.
Sole focus on inorganic growth and continual layoffs and reduction in force
Review from Engineering Dept
My leadership offers zero guidance or strategic direction and when mid leaders myself take the reigns and move forward we’re reigned back in and discouraged
