What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would be transparent about pay.
Higher the best person for the position. Not omeone who checks a certain box.
there are too many steps to the interview process, there is no relevant process for questions with most questions unrelated, and there is no feedback process
prepare for a full day interview with everyone on the team. You think it is great to interface with everyone but later learn it was just up to the manager to pick you.
Implementation of a standard structured interview process, including multiple panels following the structured process.
