Executives pause ALL salary increases until late 2024 . Although 2023 was a record breaking shioment and sales year while executives exercise stock options and receive salary increases. Not good for employee retainment or moral.
We can all always to do better but overall is fine
Transparency in how to get to next level job postion.

Leadership is terrible. bad communication. bad decisions. no transparency. very old boomer mentality. no appreciation for work.
