Micromanaging and evaluation parameters of employees make very little sense.
Every new employee are being automatically promoted to senior technician, while leaving more tenured employees behind and forgotten.
Although good, hard-working people are present, there is no sense in team. Everybody is out for themselves, a mentality driven by management.
Its stressful when youre being asked to perform tasks outside of job description and the main criteria of evaluation has nothing to do with your job description. The supervisors are not kn the same page when inspecting work performed, causing disagreements and animosity aming coworkers.
Less micromanagement, and more evaluation of work based in job description. Not clerical work that other companies would normally have administrators perform. How well you are as a technician matters less than how perfect you are with paperwork. Both are important, but theres an imbalance here.
