Treat each other with respect regardless of the other person's title, job, or work location/site.
Some co-workers are great, hard working, friendly. Others are bullies and mgmt doesn't deal with them. bullies allowed to run rampant
Company has pay "bands," but rules about how and when employees can move up to the next band. You can be doing next job but not paid for it.
