people are very down to earth and love our products. we all work hard.

I was allowed to show my college work and I wasn't laughed at for doing so..this was my first job out of college.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
my job is not challenging enough for me. but I love my coworkers and I have a good manager. I can't seem to break into the next echelon.
