Werner Lieberherr — Executive VP & COO of Interior Systems at Rockwell Collins

Mr. Werner Lieberherr has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Interior Systems at Rockwell Collins, Inc. since April 2017. Mr. Lieberherr served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of B/E Aerospace, Inc. since December 17, 2014 until April 2017. He served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer and President of B/E Aerospace Inc. from January 1, 2014 to December 17, 2014 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2013. He served as the President of B/E Aerospace Inc. since January 1, 2011. He served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Commercial Aircraft Segment at B/E Aerospace Inc. since July 2006. Prior to B/E Aerospace, he served 20 years at ABB andAlstom Power, Inc., where he served in various senior management positions in Europe, Asia and North America, including President, Managing Director, Vice President Project Management Worldwide and General Manager of Sales. He served as Vice President of B/E Aerospace Inc. He has been a Director of B/E Aerospace (UK) Limited since 2009. Mr. Lieberherr holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a Master's Degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich.
