Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I am undervaled based on how i have been treated during my tenure of Rohde & Schwarz. Nothing can be done short of a significant raise to convince me i am fairly compensated.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Stop protecting inept managers who burn out their workers or constantly devalue their workers.
