I think they are passionate about building something lasting, valuable, good for our customers. I think they really care about our people and our customers, even if they have not cracked the nut for how to design our operational and decision making systems around those values quite effectively yet.
They paid for all the traveling
The leadership is very bad. Bad decisions and self sabotage, yet they never take accountability and somehow these massive bonuses keep getting handed out to them. The fact is that folks like the CEO, new COO, and new CTO have navigated the pandemic with supreme incompetence. Culture is a train wreck
