What do you like best about the leadership team?I think they are passionate about building something lasting, valuable, good for our customers. I think they really care about our people and our customers, even if they have not cracked the nut for how to design our operational and decision making systems around those values quite effectively yet.
What did you like most about the interview process?They paid for all the traveling
What did you like most about the interview process?Interviewing was Qiuck and easy.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Actually put value in your people. Quit giving millions of dollars to execs running the company into the ground and then laying everyone off.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Stop trying to hack the industry and actually focus on things that work. Learn how to price and underwrite properly instead of lighting money on fire by banking on tech that isn't ready yet. And quit trying to get people to worship you. The only thing you've accomplished is fooling investors.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The company has yet to make a profit or develop valid processes to stop the bleeding. Middle managers have no idea what they're doing.
