Stop trying to hack the industry and actually focus on things that work. Learn how to price and underwrite properly instead of lighting money on fire by banking on tech that isn't ready yet. And quit trying to get people to worship you. The only thing you've accomplished is fooling investors.

Actually put value in your people. Quit giving millions of dollars to execs running the company into the ground and then laying everyone off.
