Root is a very progressive, tech driven, and innovative company. It's unlike any insurance company in the industry; it brings the collaborative and fun culture from the tech world into the traditionally boring and stressful world of insurance. It's great.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Actually put value in your people. Quit giving millions of dollars to execs running the company into the ground and then laying everyone off.
