For the most part, I think Rosie provides a great work environment that is focused on the work-life balance. As in all other companies I have worked for, communication can be greatly improved. Definition of work expectations can be improved greatly as well.

I think that base salary is fair. Not exceptional, but keeps up with national average.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their dedication to work-life balance. Relatively speaking, best place I have worked at in this regard.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Friendly conversation and no sense that anyone was purposely trying to trip me up or ask high stress questions to see how I would perform.
