- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay raises are hard to get. The attitude of "what more are you going to do for the company to earn this raise?" Roth raised its prices over 15%, but i did not get a 15% raise. If i get an 8% raise (matching inflation), it means I'm getting the SAME value as last year.
