We need to reassess the raise requirements, only a few things are taken into account, management should be looking at the value that the representatives bring overall(including additional responsibilities taken on and projects).

Give up on Discover. It's not a winner.

Salary is below average even though my role is for a senior engineer

Claims Team Member: I feel like solving tickets for customers is a vital part to Route and we should be compensated accordingly. I feel like we are getting paid an entry-level position for an incredibly important part of the company. Higher retention for the team and everyone is happy.

Reps talk and it is frustrating that someone that has been with the company for nearly a year is being paid less than someone who just started.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Raises are never brought up/talked about by my manager/team lead no matter how fantastic my efforts and work have been. When I bring them up these concerns, they seem to be pushed aside.

Reward the top performers. Let the top performers know they performing well.
Review from HR Dept
I don't have common interests with coworkers, and we don't spend any time doing team building fun activities.
Review from Engineering Dept
The company looks to us individually since it should look like a team. It doesn't matter if a project was done for one or two people, or which part of the project was done by each person. Most of the decisions come top-down, which is terrible; The company should trust its employees.
Review from Engineering Dept
The politics and promotion process is unfair and frustrating. The tech debt reminds me of an early-stage startup, yet the slick-talking blame deflectors who don't want to fix anything are the ones who get rewarded.
Review from Engineering Dept
Inexperienced engineers write mountains of tech debt and change teams when they can't stand their own code, leaving the rest of us stretched thin, on the hook for their services. We need to raise the hiring bar and get support from engineering management instead of the blame flowing downhill.

Although I try, it's hard to be excited to interact with customers.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Nothing's wrong, I like the work, I just don't get all that excited about something I do every weekday to make a living.
Review from Engineering Dept
This question is too broad
Review from Sales Dept
Managers do not have time to take personal interest. Everything is constantly changing in the operation but compensation does not adjust to match the changes
