Nothing can be change, discussion with teams and feedback to the supervisor, supervisor does not follow up. Some others unit supervisor are good. Culture will not change if the same old people are still present. Those like to carry bosses balls are well promoted and laughing at their heart.
Better pay for the high workload
leadership, diversity, talent, inclusiveness, less of a colonialist approach would be desirable

we should stop buying Russian oil. Senior leaders should buy into Renewable energy and not just pretend
Leaving the refining industry seems backwards and like a wrong step. Shell needs to stop selling all its refineries for fractions of their value.

Try to get some diversity into upper management. White European males cannot possible be the only ones qualified for top executive positions.
